Five jewels that will take you through summer

Whether you spend your summer weekends at the beach or in the country or you have a mini or long vacation of traveling planned, these five easy pieces are all that you will need to take you through Labor Day and…beyond.

1- Eva Fehren’s mini rose gold diamond hoops with triangular shaped diamond dangle. Delicate and streamlined, these earrings mix the best of two styles: hoops and single drops.  Additionally, they are versatile enough to be worn with the trend of the moment–multiple earrings–climbers, cuffs, studs, and drops in each ear.

2-Ruta Reifen’s necklace curved multi-color necklace of muted gemstones in 18K gold/ or Y-shaped necklace with the same stone combinations. I might be cheating a bit here but it was a difficult decision between these two. Both are casually elegant when worn alone. And, they both can be layered with other necklaces. The choice is whether your wardrobe will work better with a style that graces your throat or dips to accent your decolletage.

3-Erika Winters’ delicate pink sapphire baguette bracelet. Erika’s alternative bridal rings have been making jewelry headlines for the past couple of years. She also designs a full collection of complementary jewelry that ranges from ultra streamlined to vintage-inspired.  This bracelet evokes a pared down simplicity that can be worn alone or stacked with flexible styles, bangles and cuffs. It is the type of piece that will mix well with everything in your jewelry wardrobe, not to mention your fashion choices.

4- Selim Mouzannar’s rose gold gemstone and diamond star ring.  Fun, stackable and set with emerald, ruby, sapphire or pave diamonds, this ring is lightweight and strays from the large stone cocktail rings, pretty petite pile on bands or variety of signets we have been seeing lately. Personally, I love to see three of these worn together.

5-Marie Mas’ multi gemstone linear swingy danglers. This Parisian designer has invented jewels which change with movement so that different gemstones can be seen at various angles. In these earrings, multiple gemstones pick up the light and have the effect of shimmying. When wearing these, you should probably forgo the necklace and opt instead of a ring or two and/or bracelets.
